White crystalline or powder, salty and light bitterness. Absorb moisture from air and cake but not deliquescent. Soluble in water, low toxicity, with irritation. Melting point 747 ºC. It has hygroscopicity in air and easily soluble in water. Water solution is neutral, lightly soluble in alcohol.
